UNCOVERED: THE GREAT UNVEILINGS AT JAPFEST
April 19th. Japfest Silverstone! Five covers. One buzzing crowd.

This year, we’re introducing something brand new to the Japfest retail stand: The Great Unveilings, and trust us, this is going to be a moment. Across the day, we’ll be pulling the covers off five incredible cars in front of the Japfest faithful. Some of these machines have never been seen before. Fresh from the workshop, brand-new projects, built in secret and ready to make their debut. Others are familiar names in the scene, but they’re coming back with a full 2026 transformation, new looks, new setups, new attitude.
Expect wild aero catching the Silverstone light. Expect paintwork that flips shades as the sun moves across the sky. Expect engine bays so detailed they look more like art installations than performance upgrades. These aren’t just cars that have been parked up for the day, they’re builds with stories, graft, late nights, and serious vision behind them.
Japfest has always been the JDM season opener. The place where trends get set and reputations are built. But this year, we’re adding theatre to the mix. This isn’t just about showing a car. It’s about creating a launch moment. A proper introduction. A statement that says, “This is what 2026 looks like.”
Whether you’re into ultra-clean OEM+ builds, aggressive widebody monsters, time-attack-inspired weapons, or stance cars sitting millimetres from the tarmac, The Great Unveilings will deliver that first-look energy the scene lives for. If you want to see what the next wave of Japanese tuning culture looks like, you’ll want to be front and centre at the Japfest retail stand, and while you’re there you might as well wait for the lowrider demo and pick up a new hoodie or skate deck.

If you’ve got a build in progress that deserves a spotlight moment, we want to hear about it. Maybe you’re planning a full respray and aero overhaul. Maybe you’ve just finished a forged engine and big turbo conversion. Maybe you’ve kept your entire project under wraps and you’re waiting for the right stage to launch it. The Great Unveilings could be that stage.

If you think your car has what it takes to stop people in their tracks, get in touch. Send us the spec, the story, the vision. Because next time that cover comes off at Japfest… it could be your build underneath it.
