Display Questions

I don’t have a Japanese car, but I want to display my car on a club stand?

Only Japanese models are allowed to display. The organisers retain the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave.

We want to put up a gazebo and banners around our stand. Is that okay?

You will need to fill in the Risk Assessment Form and make sure that it is securely erected. Banners advertising your club are fine as long as they are suitable and in your designated club area. We retain the right to charge you for the additional space, depending on the size.

I didn’t select a vehicle pass upon booking. Can I still display my car?

If you did not select a ‘driver and vehicle’ entry ticket and enter your vehicle details into your order, then you will not be eligible to display your vehicle at the event. Once the deadline has passed, no vehicle display passes will be issued, and you will have to park in the public car park.

What time can I leave?

The show closes at 17:00, and you may be asked to return to your stand before that time if it is deemed unsafe for vehicle movement due to the volume of pedestrians.
