3,000 Extra Seats To Watch The UK’s Fastest JDM Drift and Track Action

Visitors heading to Japfest this year will find it easier than ever to catch the on-track action, with more grandstands opening to the public and around 3,000 additional seats available for showgoers.

With huge crowds expected once again at Silverstone Circuit, we have expanded spectator access to several key viewing areas around the circuit, giving fans even more opportunities to watch the action unfold. The Wellington Grandstand, Woodcote A, plus the entire Luffield and Luffield Corner Grandstand complex will all be open to Japfest visitors this year. The added seating means thousands more fans can grab a comfortable spot trackside and enjoy some of the event’s biggest highlights. These grandstands overlook some of the most exciting parts of the circuit, making them perfect vantage points to watch the full throttle action throughout the day.

The Best Seats for Drift and Track Action

With the extra grandstand access, fans will have a prime view of some of Japfest’s most popular attractions. The famous Drift Kings will once again be lighting up the track with tyre-smoking drift battles and sideways demonstrations, while the brand new Half Time Hall of Fame demo will bring some of the biggest names in Drifting out to play. Alongside the special demonstrations, visitors can also watch plenty of high-speed track action taking place throughout the day, making the grandstands one of the best places to experience the energy of Japfest.

Japfest Bullet Land Train Returns

Getting around the vast Silverstone site will also be easy thanks to the return of the Japfest Bullet land train. The popular transport service will once again run throughout the event, helping visitors move quickly between different areas of the show. Conveniently, the route will include stops near the grandstands, making it simple for fans to hop on and grab a great seat without the long walk.
